Movement Training

This is where we drive in the good patterns that we established in patient-only sessions. We will include repetitive loads to improve muscular tissue adaptation and joint mobility, in addition to new movement to enhance your overall functional capabilities. If you're ready to reclaim your body or develop it in new ways, these sessions will be perfect for you. 

Lioness 

Our outdoor Lioness sessions combine forest parkour with strength training, running, mindfulness and a whole lotta empowered women. These sessions are playful in nature, but are balanced with structured routine. We merge effort with pleasure and then throw in some challenges that test our mental state, making clear the connection between our mind and our body. Lioness is for the women out there who know their bodies are powerful, graceful, and the portal through which they can find their best selves to feel light, fierce and fabulous!
