Patient-Only Movement/Treatment Sessions
Let's get straight to the point...
1. You know you need to put the work into your body now, but can't seem to do it on your own.
2. You're sick of dealing with physical limitations in your body and injuries that require fixing.
3. You don't have time to go to the chiropractor and do your training/rehab and want a two-in-one option.
Let's work on teaching and training your body into greater mobility, strength, coordination, agility, speed, power, endurance, and so much more:)
Yes, this will be billed as a chiropractic appointment and depending on your insurance policy, may be covered for you.
Who Should Come
You must be a patient of mine to be able to join in on these sessions.

What To Expect
Expect hands-on treatment (myofascial release, Graston Technique, movement corrections, etc.), expect to sweat; to get meticulous in your movement; to efficiently integrate movement patterns; to focus on your breath; and to walk out of our session not only feeling better, but knowing how to make yourself feel better!
Session size is is maxed for 4 patients in May and June classes.
What To Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat.

$50 / 1 session (for May + June sessions as 6 max for class)

May + June Dates = Wednesdays from 6:15am - 7:15am

You just need to be ready to commit to yourself as they are from 6:15am - 7:15am on Wednesday mornings... the best way to start your day... dedicated to you and your health! You will set the tone for the rest of your day with these sessions!
