Classes are designed to not just teach you how to move efficiently, but actually train you at the same time. Expect to reconnect to your body by finding new ways to move and places to generate power and control from. Prepare to sweat. Get ready to slow your mind, while training your body.
What You Get
For $10/month (less than a coffee a day) you gain access to online training sessions ranging from 15min+ that you can access from anywhere anytime that will help you keep fit, strong, and mobile even on a busy day.
