All I want for my body lately is greater control, strength, and mobility... the things I used to have and have since lost. This is the work most of us need to do in order to feel good today and for decades to come.
It's time to reclaim our bodies... we live in our body and there is only one person who can do the work to care for it properly! Get after it!
Who Should Come
Anyone who wants to move and feel better. All who are looking to reclaim their bodies are welcome. Classes are taught with progressions available and everyone will be challenged in various ways.
What To Expect
Expect everything from strength, mobility, agility and coordination work to calculated partner-work and hanging from the ceiling. You will explore your body to greater depths, subsequently gaining in physical and mental strength you didn't know you had!
What To Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
